Ecograde
Ecograde is made of 100% recycled PP, which comes from third party production wastes. Plastic waste gets a second life and is turned into a sustainable material without compromising the technical and security characteristics of Unisto's security seals.
Bio PE
Bio PE is a new material with a very high percentage of bio based content. Bio PE is made 94% with sugar cane and is 100% recyclable.
As sugar cane is a renewable raw material we can with this material reduce the use and need of fossil raw materials, which are not renewable.
Bio PE has no mechanical or security feature limitations.
PA plasticizer free
Plasticizers can be hazardous for the health in the event of prologed contact. Our new polyamide (PA) meets all the requirements, as the flexibility, without the need for plasticizers.
Sustainable Design
Some of our well-known security seals are now also available with a new design, which reflects our commitment to sustainability. We have improved our products by reducing the amount of plastic used to produce them. The new design is sustainable even because some of our seals need less space and smaller boxes to be transported, lowering the C02 emissions. The mechanical characteristics and security of our seals are always guaranteed.
